Garden Room at Sosta House

An elegant and minimalist space, the Garden Room is named for its location nestled amongst flowers and herbs, overlooking the terraced garden, fig trees and forest. This room has its own private deck and entrance, providing a peaceful escape for two.

Designed to integrate with nature, the french doors and plentiful windows allow sunlight to fill the room all day long. The bathroom is spacious, with granite countertops and a full wall of glass brick that provide both privacy and light. This room has a queen-size bed and small seating area to enjoy morning coffee or breakfast.

Our recommended choice for a couples looking for a true Willamette Valley getaway. Wake up to chirping birds and sunlight streaming through the french doors, enjoy coffee on your private deck and wander into our gardens just steps from your room. 

In addition to your room, there are many shared spaces around the property to enjoy during your stay. Guests are invited to enjoy a variety of outdoor spaces including shared gardens, fire pits, bocce courts, a large porch, lawns, the vineyards.

The Great Room is open to guests most of the day with tables for working, drawing and dining. The fireplace is surrounded with comfortable sofas to relax and read, or enjoy a glass of wine. We have a curated selection of vinyl to explore, as well as a communal library for book swapping and sharing. Bring your favorite title and take home something new!

Check in is in the front hall, the heart of the house, which connects to the Great Room and the kitchen. Through the Great Room, guests can wander onto the back deck to find a place to sit and appreciate the view on a clear day, guarded by vineyards and overlooking the terraced gardens. On rainy days guests can stay dry on the front patio which is fully covered, protected from rain and wind.
