Studio at Sosta House

Our most spacious room, the Studio, is a wide open, light-filled space where industrial style meets artistic comfort.

The Studio gets light in both morning and evening due to North and South facing windows. A king-size bed provides luxurious comfort, and the option to add a queen-size bed makes this space our most flexible in terms of guest count. Ideal for a group of friends, a family getaway, or just a couple looking for a larger space, this room is adaptive for every guest. 

 Add a queen-size bed for an additional charge. Please let us know if you plan to visit with more than two guests and we will prepare accordingly.

The Studio features a full bathroom with marble counters and modern shower, integrated kitchenette with a kettle, microwave, mini fridge and dishware, and a flat screen TV equipped with Apple TV. This room has a private entrance from the ground floor and one stair up to the bathroom.

In addition to your room, there are many shared spaces around the property to enjoy during your stay. Guests are invited to enjoy  a variety of outdoor spaces including shared gardens, fire pits, bocce courts, a large porch, lawns, the vineyards.

The Great Room is open to guests most of the day with tables for working, drawing and dining. The fireplace is surrounded with comfortable sofas to relax and read, or enjoy a glass of wine. We have a curated selection of vinyl to explore, as well as a communal library for book swapping and sharing. Bring your favorite title and take home something new!

Check in is in the front hall, the heart of the house, which connects to the Great Room and the kitchen. Through the Great Room, guests can wander onto the back deck to find a place to sit and appreciate the view on a clear day, guarded by vineyards and overlooking the terraced gardens. On rainy days guests can stay dry on the front patio which is fully covered, protected from rain and wind.
